Parking Brake adj.
 

How do you adjust the (hand) parking brake on 90 T5 car? When I pull the brake up it doesn't stop the car from rolling back.

You have to do it from underneath and I believe the adjusting nut is in the first part of the cable which is up right around the tranny, then it connects to the back section of cable which goes to the rear brake drums
