Anybody know who makes a aftermarket exhaust for the 3.8?
I'm wanting to know because I might be buying a V-6 stang and I want to start my shopping a little early!

Well I would start off by purchasing a Mustang takeoff exhaust from a GT. You can find this from California Mustang, it is relatively cheap and comes with 99+ GT mufflers. Next step go to your local mufflers shop, and pick out a set of performance mufflers. I chose flowmasters 2 chamber 40 series. Have them put it all together and do all the welding unless you feel you know how. Also note, I had my back catalytic converters cut off and straight piped which made a noticeable difference to sound. Good luck!!!

A million people make exhausts for 3.8L. Just depends on what size, what sound and if you want tru duals or just a y-pipe. On my 3.8L I have a MAC off-road h-pipe, and 2 2 chamber Flows. Mine are 2.5 instead of the GT's 2.25. I love mine. Does not sound ricy. Just pic up a magazine and you will see every company has some sort of V6 exhaust. Some of them are MAC, Steeda, Pacesetter, Borla, and Cali-Mustang just to name a few. Good luck.
