What's a good compression to run for street/strip (mainly street) 331 stoker? Im also trying to reach 375 RWHP.

With a street motor I wouldn't go much over 10:1 compression. Much over that and you will need to mix booster with pump gas, 'cause 93 octane won't cut it. 375 h.p. should be no problem with the right combination and 10:1 comp.
