I thought it was a tradition of the first moose hunting -- too bad they shot the prime minister's wife because they thought she was a moose (canadian women *yikes* :eek::eek: ...my eyes, my eyes! ....rofl)

oh and those of you who are canadian women, dont be offended, my mom was born in halifax :)

LOL, Thanksgiving is celebrated for the same reasons as it is in the USA. Canada was Founded/Discovered/Conquered at different times that's all. (Just like our "independance day" is July 1st, not the 4th)
