clutch quadrant
 

I just installed a summit clutch quadrant and it seems like it should have spacers to keep it from sliding from side to side. I am worried that the cable may jump out of the groove.

On another note, my T-56 is back ordered until July. Anyone else having trouble getting Tremec trannies?

I bought mine from D&D trans and had the same problem. I got some nylon washers from work and put on both sides to take up side to side play. Like you I didn't care for the fit. But it works great now.
