93 GT seat fabric source

Does anyone know of a source for the fabric used on the 93gt seats? I have checked two auto interior repair shops and they have told me that nobody offers this grey houndstooth type cloth. I have a small tear on the entry bolster like most do and if it wasnt for that my interior would be mint. I am sending the seat to the shop to get the brace fixed and wanted to get the tear repaired at the same time, save some labor that way.

You are pretty much out of luck since all the stuff is obsolete now from Ford. I did get in touch with a guy up here in MI who works for Lear-Siegler, the original supplier of these seats, who may have some left. He re-upholstered my '90 LX driver's seat with what was probably the last piece of that Titanium material in existence! He did have an almost new '93 driver's seat (the '93 changed to Opal Grey) the last time I talked to him! I'll dig his phone number up in the next couple days and put it up here!

I don't know what used seats go for, but you may try some of the recyclers and see if they have any in you color.

I got two good conditon high back buckets from a junk yard for around $250.00

this would be the way to go, since the 93's had low back seats.
