Are cheater slicks harmfull??
I have been debating over quick time's ,Et streets or DR's. The only reason I don't want slicks is cause I don't want to buy a new tranny anytime soon. If I bought a pair of Quick Times or ET Streets would I be making a mistake with a stock tranny?? thanks

Your car produces more torque stock than what the tranny is rated for.
Adding slicks to your car may cause you problems. It's the luck of the draw. |
a friends car went 10.70 with a stock tranny and has made many similiar passes like that and it is holding up fine. it will die soon (we're sure). the car has et streets on it. i would be worried about your torque boxes
