Help with my choice of combo
 

I have an 87 lx, 5spd and I am wanting to run 11's or better. I will be using 150 shot of nos. I am trying to decide between a 351w or the 5.0. Has anyone gone tho the 351 with a lot of success that could advise? I am also in indicision about heads. Has anyone tried the Brodix st 5.0's? What did you think? If I build the 351 do I need more head than that, if so, what? Just want feedback before I spend the bucks. Take into consideration that I am at 6000 ft elevation.
