I totally disagree with Eric on this one (sorry bud!!!)
Really, I went with the CSI when I first started putting my stuff together and could not get the thing to work right from the start. They sent me spacers and still no go, wouldn't mesh correctly with the flywheel.
Given your mods a stock starter would work fine. However, Ford also makes a mini starter which is smaller, lighter, and easier to work with. They make a "high torque" starter and a "super high torque" starter. The super high torque starter has a part number of:
FMS-M-11000-B50 From Summit(cheapest) it will run you $209.95. I have over 14:1 compression and this thing will crank my motor with no trouble at all.
The high torque starter would work great with your setup. I don't have that part number but it will cost about $179.00.
Both are cheaper than the CSI also which is nice.
