'95 Cobra Rebuild - Where to begin??

Just bought a near mint condition 1995 Cobra completely stock engine with BBK short headers, BBK o/r x-pipe, and 2 chamber flowmasters. Eventually i want to add a Vortech s-trim blower, but thatll come last. What mods should I consider or do i need to prepare for that blower. Basically, I want to know the simple mods that should be done first, up to the major/optional stuff. Im fairly new to stangs and altough i have read extensivley, there are just so many options its mind blowing. keep in mind, im not building a drag car, but more of a street car with a highly respectable amount of power. so if you guys could give me some tips on which heads i may want to look into, cams, springs, pistons, intakes, pulleys, ignition systems etc.. etc... thatd be great

First off get some gears. 3.55's or 3.73's.
You'll also need a shifter.
I would consider getting a blower specific camshaft too.
You can port and polish the GT40 heads on the Cobra too.
You should also consider upgrading the fuel system, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump and injectors (You might as well change out your MAF at this point too).
