Did you know???
Did you know that since it's debut on Valentines Day, 1990, Ford has been selling an average of 1100 Explorers a day, every day? They built the 5 millionth Explorer two months ago.

I can only imagine that numbers come down since they stopped getting them to flip over. What a sales plan that was. "Honey, we flipped it again, time for a new one.":D

rotflmao, they are nice rides though.;) :D :D :D

i like the new look on the expedition, not so much on the explorer, but its still better IMO...course 1100 a day seems high...but were talking worldwide i imagine...so in the millions of ford dealerships about 1100 sell one a day...thats about (complete guess) 1000th of the dealers selling one a day...seems rather reasonable :)...wonder how many stangs they sell a day... :D

I just made a round trip to Florida, and was amazed at the amount of SUV's on the road.

Chris did you work out it out to see how long it would be before everyone in the world would own one? :D That seems like alot of explores a day. I wonder if they sell more Mustangs a day. Hmm... :D Probably, because I believe they've made more then 5 million Mustangs since 1990. Don't they make over a million every year? If not way more then that? §am. |
