A good friend of mine owns this F-Body shop and has been talking trash for a long time now. I invited HER and her family, her husband, dad, so on and so on. Her husband drives a 88 firechicken that's pretty stock, high 8 sec car on the 1/8th. her dad's car is a nwer Z that runs 8.7's or so. Not bad.

I ran her hubby first and that was a good race. Side by side all the way down. He left the light with a .878 to my .965, and by the 330' mark he was running 5.810 to my 5.848. At the stripe he turned a 8.978@76.661 to my 8.946@80.246. He won only because he left early. I had the quicker time.

When I ran her dad it was the same story off the line. I was snoozing I guess. He left the line 3 tenths ahead of me, a .627 to my .963 RT. 60' for him was 2.243 to my 1.986(my best so far on street tires and stock suspension!!!). 330' was his 6.007 to my 5.739 and the ET was 9.047@81.230 to my 8.832@80.206(again my best so far on the 1/8th.

I ran a few other people, but none that I cared about. Full on drag cars don't count. Anyway, I have the braggin' rights for the week. That's all that matters right now. Later.
