Mach 460 SOund Upgrade

Hello, folks.

I want to get a little more bang out of my current system, nothing crazy, just want to max out it's potential a bit more.

With the current MACH 460:

Are the amps and speakers matched to the point where installing a higher powered version of the speakers will require more powerful amps...............same question in reverse, also.

Thanks for any help you can porvide.

I was also thinking of just installing a powered bazooka tube for more bass....as you can see folks, I need some serious guidance.

Thanks again.:D

You have install speakers with more power handeling capacity. No problem. But I wouldn't upgrade just amps and leave the stock speakers.

If you want a little more bass I would add a nice 10" or 12" subwoofer with a 300-400 rms watt amp.

Kicker Comp VR's, Alpine Type R's, and Adire Audio Shiva's are some good subs that don't cost that much

For a amp I like, the JBL BP series amps. Kicker, MTX, JL Audio, and Rockford Fosgate make good amps too.
