Tranny rebuild

Im getting my tranny rebuilt in a week or two i plan on getting a 2300-2500 stall and a shift kit and valve body put on with the rebuild. My car is mostly stock i have flowmasters and 3.73's on it. My best 1/4 time is 14.57 at 95 mph this was at Maple Grove in mid August so it was hot and humid out. Im wondering what i should expect to see in quarter mile times when i get my car back. also does that setup for the rebuild sound like it fits my car well. i want something that will shift hard and quick. Im not sure about what brands of everything that im getting so any sugjestions would be nice. Oh and its a 91 GT with 81,000 miles on it.
Thanks
Ryan

I actulay wanted to put a shift kit in my car, and my tranny guy said, not to untill I do the engine mods I have planned. I dont know why, and another tranny guy I spoke with said, not to put in a shift kit with a stock tranny.... bla bla bla.. when it's all said and done... the first guy said, when I DO put in the kit, only to use TRANS-GO. He said that they are the best. This is comming from a tranny guy and not me. I have no experience with any particular brand.
