Where can I buy a check valve?
That opens up under boost?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for
but I found it on Powerdyne's website. Take care, Keith

Thanks, that's exactlt what I was looking for. Sorry to say but this is a ripoff! 140$ for a plastic valve.
BTW this is for using a supercharger with SD. I wonder if a PCV valve would work? Nik |
That setup doesn't use a T fitting. Seems the valve assembly does it for you. The setup I was thinking of using was a T with the valve on one end.

Are you suggesting I convert to MAF :D
Nevermind though, I located some! Here's my situation. I want to install an A-Trim (around 6psi max) on my Speed Density '87 Mustang. The problem is that around 3500rpm the engine will bogg and I might also experience idle problems due to the MAP sensor not beeing able to read boost. In order to rectify the situation, I need to install a check valve on the vaccum hose between my intake and MAP sensor. Note: Under boost the FMU will variate the fuel pressure. My question is, what cracking pressure should my valve have? A low one like 0.8 psi or higher like 2, 3 or 4 psi? thanks, Nik |

Yes, I saw thoses. they are BOV's... I was refering to a check valve to put between the intake a MAP. For a supercharge speed density application...
Now my question is; what cracking pressure should it have? 0.8, 2, 3, 4 psi? nik |
