Check out this... V6 Mustang made to look like a Cobra (although he missed the hood) but some ricer is going to be telling his buddies he kept up with a Cobra... :(

I can't believe he got the Cobra rims but didn't change the rear bumper cover!! To us (mustang pople), the rear bumper and front fog lights are a dead giveaway...but to ricers...I'm sure it's an authentic Cobra to them :rolleyes:

I think they'd have a hard time mistaking this for a real Cobra. I can hear the growl of a Ford V8 from a mile away :D

Of course Mustang guys (V8 Guys for that matter) would be able to tell by the sound of the car, I noticed a few things that the car didn't have that a real Cobra would. But to the typical ricer, they'd think it was a Cobra.

All they will look for is:
1- the snake
2- if lucky, the dual exhaust

At least 90% of the ricers will think it is a real Cobra. Thats the sad part...

But, this could mean a good thing for us. Bait, they'll be looking for GT's and REAL Cobras' thinking they're gonna whoop us. Then we destroy them for real! We will have them dumbfounded ! Also it'll be funny to see their faces after getting beat by a GT when they told their girl friend they can beat a Cobra. HAH!

I think I would just rather have there *** smoked the first time so they can't think of some lame *** excuse and can't go around bragging saying they beat a cobra. They know they can't win, so once they do they're going to just back out of any other races cause they know they shouldn't of won.

Looks odd w/o the hood. :(

my '95 Cobra has a the same back bumper as a V6, and a pony emblem in the grill and the gt hood. the Cobra cues are the front bumper (round foglights), spoiler, and Cobra emblems on the fenders. and of course the dual exhaust.

but on 99+ stangs the poser thing just won't fly, and yea ricers will think they cleaned up, bummer
