Harmonic Balancer Installation

Hey everyone. I'm putting together my motor and i'm having trouble putting my harmonic balancer back on. I placed the balancer on, and lined it up with the little key on the crank. I put the washer on the bolt and threaded it in the crank with a torque wrench, I'm trying to get it down to 90 foot lbs. but I can't keep it from turning now? what to do? let me know please. THANKS!

If the engine is in the car, make sure the car is in park, and the e-brake is on so the engine won't turn over. If the engine is out of the car then you will need to hold the flywheel with something to stop it from turning.

i didnt torque mine, probaly should have, but it's tight, i kind of hammered the ratchet to kind of impact it on, thats is not the best, or correct way, but it worked.
