long tubes 96-98 4v

I have a 97 cobra, just ordered MAC longtubes for her. Does any one have these or know of any helpful information on the install? I heard its a real job to get them in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx
Jax

I have heard of it being done without lifting the motor. I believe there was an article about it somewhere on the mustangworld.com website. Other than that, it should come with directions.

If the 4V longtube install is like the 2V, it is just time consuming because it is so hard to get some of the bolts in after you get the headers in. I had to jack the passener side on mine up quite a bit to get it in. Other than that you just have to pull the H-pipe, steering shaft, dip stick tube, and maybe the starter. It took me about 10 hours with the help of a midget and a contortionist. They usually come with detailed instructions depending on which brand you buy.
