1986 Brake problems

I have an 86 gt and i have blead the brakes and the pads and rotors are good. When i go to stop i have to push all the way do on the pedal before it will stop, if feels like they need to be blead but theres no more air in the lines. thanks for your help.

If you are sure the brakes have been bled properly and there is no air present in the system. I think my next step would be to replace the booster and master cyl. You should get more opionon on this however as I am no expert.

Sounds like you may have a low brake fluid level?, are you sure you don't have any air in the lines? how about leaks?

Tell us more about what you did BEFORE the problem started.

Good luck, Camaro's suck!

Brakes

How about the master cylinder then? Can you pump up pressure, hold it, and the pedal sinks?.....that is usually a master cylinder or a leak at the caliper, there are brass washers that seal the banjo bolt at the caliper, did you mess with those, look for a leak on the inside of the wheel.

Also, this car doesn't have an adjustable brake bias knob that your not aware of does it?

Are you sure your calipers are not leaking?

Bad/leaky brake line(s)???

Are the rears really wasted???????? yank your ebrake and see how the rears feel, or if you can take a look.

Vacuum leaks maybe?????????

Other than that, I'm lost.

Good luck, Camaro's suck!

when you bleed them start at the one farthest away from the master cylinder.
