if you resize it, just make sure that the WIDEST part of your pic is not bigger than 450, and you should be okay...;)

hit browse...find the pic...click on it....click ok....post...and voila!...maybe you need resizing? there are plenty of people wholl do that for ya...id be glad to too...

lol you zoomed out?....thats just to view it...you need to find "resize image" or anything tot hat extent in one of the toolbar menus....what its called and where its located depends on the program youre using...
