1969 mach 1 restoration

I am trying to find out what type of breather is used on a 390 in a 69 mach 1

I guess it would depend on what type of valve covers you've got

The valve covers that were on the motor when I got the car were chrome with (powered by ford) on them.

chrome, sounds like aftermarket. If the holes are just plain circles they are push in, if the have the notches on both sides they are the twist on type.

sorry for the misunderstanding but the info I need is the type of air breather on the intake. I think it takes a blue base with a chrome lid along with a snorkel but I don't know this for sure. If you can help me on this, that would be great.

Thanks

Bing
