Need to sell Engine and tranny
 

Ok my dad wrecked his truck this past monday and he has chosen to go ahead and sell the engine and tranny thats in it.

The engine is a 351 Cleveland 2 Barrel. Between the years of 74-76 it was rebuilt a few years back and has 65,000 miles on it. It is very reliable and was not damaged in the accident.
The tranny (not sure off-hand exactly) is an automatic. It was also rebuilt with around 12-15,000 miles. No problems there and also no damage.

My dads asking $900 and he will throw in a set of New headers from Headman Hedders. They do fit the engine described above. And hes throwing a pair of New mufflers (cant remember the brand)
The engine has been taken car of anf babied pretty much all the time. I never go tto drive the truck so it hasn't been raced LOL

i would say the tranny is a c-6, i will tell a guy at work about it, he's into truck's - esp 4x4's. l8ter. :) :D :D :D

Just to throw in a curve, the last Cleveland I bought out of a 74 Grand Torino has a C4 tied to it.
