Can this be done to a 99 and up GT or earlier 96-98 GT/Cobra?

yes it can be done I knew somebody that had it done- don't ask me how much it costs, etc. I have no clue except I know that your wallet is in for a whole lot of pain.

FRRP sells it. But dont get that part. Get a service replacement 03 IRS. Its MUCH improved over the 99,01 piece.
