AND IF SO WHAT IS A GOOD CAM CHOICE FOR A DRIVER CAR WITH A FIVE SPEED AND 4.10 GEARS.I ALSO HAVE A 190 FUEL PUMP,1-5/8 LONG TUBE HEADERS W/ 2-1/2 EXHAUST AND UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS THE REST IS STOCK.I KNOW I NEED TO UPGRADE INJECTORS. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR INFO IS APPRECIATED.

you'll have to fly cut the pistons for valve clearance with a stock shortblock

You will only need to notch the pistons if you get a fairly hefty cam.

The 185 heads are a bit much on a naturally aspirated 302. The 165's would work really well for you though. So if theres any way you could trade yours or return them for 165's I think you would be better off.
But if not, you're ok. Just get a good flowing intake (i like the Performer RPM and Holley systemax).

Just read an article in the newest 5.0ragazine and they made 390hp/378ft-lb NA with the 185 heads on a 302. So I guess they really aren't too bad:)

Whatever cam you choose to go with, make sure you check the piston to valve clearance so you don't end up with a pile broken parts.

30lb injectors will do you perfect

good luck
