Gave a ricer his first ride in a domestic
 

Couple nights ago a kid i go to school with came over to drop his little brother off at my house (little brother is goin' out with my sister). Anyways he stayed awhile and we talked about cars a little bit about what each of us wanted to do to our cars and stuff. He took me for a ride in his car, the sound got annoying and gave me a head-ache but that's ok. When we got back i took him for a ride in my car. I got on the gas a couple of times to show him what torque is :D . We got home and i asked him what he thought of my "Domestic" (he doesn't even call it a mustang just a "Domestic"). He said that it was a "little" faster than he thought.:rolleyes:. Then I asked him when he wanted to take a shot at beatin' me in the 1/4 and he said to wait till he got a few more things for his car, i was like "oh ok, no problem". I felt like this :cool:

What kind of riced out p.o.s was he rolling in?:D Did it have any mods done to it?

I think that these Import guys think their cars are so cool is because they have never really driven anything V8 and rearwheel drive so they really don't no any better. Maybe when they grow up they can afford to buy a real car.

it's called a Daewoo. the company went out of business, GM was going to buy them to prevent their bankruptcy but they decided not to. I think he bought because he thought GM was gonna buy them. for mods, he just has a loud freakin' muffler like all the other ricers. Next is the "Versus" body kit and cold air intake, he says. :rolleyes:

Watch out for that guy, I hear the Daewoo aftermarket is really coming up! I love people who buy a slow car for which the only available mods are a cold air kit and a muffler and think they've got a serious street machine.

He's not poor though, his dad drives an '04 Dodge Dualie, mom drives a cadillac. His younger brother is at least on the right path and wants a 70-72 dodge charger. He (ricer) didn't want a honda because "Everybody has a honda" :rolleyes: He does have a lot of money though. Oh and check this out, his dad started to look at mustangs and other cars for him since parts are so hard to find for his car and he told his dad he wouldn't be caught dead driving a P.0.S. domestic. "American cars suck" he says lol, yeah whatever. :cool:

i had a guy who works for me tell me to watch out cause he's getting a turbo or maybe n20 and then he'll eat me so I popped the hood and he complained that he cant get a twin turbo kit for his civic ? he didnt see the n2o solinod either.

maybe after this he will curse himself for not looking at a mustang

or even a Focus gees even were looking at one for the wife and kids.

but the good things was not talking trash and having him in the car.

ps this guy is mad since i proved to him his civic was made in the
USA he still doesnt like north american cars.

It's funny when ricers hear about a Mustang they always say they're gonna get 'NOS' or a turbo kit and smoke you. When you pop the hood and have turbos and nitrous already on your V8, there's really nothing they can say at that point. Still no replacement for displacement... :D
