Fluttering noise after P1SC install

I recently installed a P1SC Procharger on a 03 GT. It runs fine except when I get to about 2000 rpms and up there's a fluttering noise coming from the blower/intercooler area. It's loud enough to make me get out of the throttle. People have said that my bypass might not be working but all connections are tight. ATI told me this is normal and not to worry. I've always had all motor cars so this whole thing is new to me. Any suggestions?

I run thr same charger and currently have the same noise.
The noise you hear is a improperly adjusted bypass valve.

In the center of the valve thier is a adjustment nut that controls the butterfly valve inside the bypass unit. I think it's a 8mm nut but am not positive.

Just make small adjustments till the fluttering goes away.

I had to adjust mine a couple time in the last year or so.

Hey, I see you guys have ATI's on your GT's. Do you guys have the stock bottom end and pistons in it? I was just wandering because soon I am going to be buying a 99-00 gt and eventually I was going to put the ATI Procharger on it but I don't know if the stock bottom end and stock pistons can handle it on a daily driven car and it would see the strip maybe 4 or 5 times.

Any suggestions-greatly appreciated
thanks

Currently the stock bottom end is holding up just fine for me.
All my numbers are stock bottom end, stock heads and cams.

Most will say 10# of boost is all the stock rods and pistons will handle. My buddy just blew his motor with a novi 2000 on it.
The novi did not cause the problem it was a bad tune. His car only put down 375rwhp and lasted about 15,000 miles. Mine put down 390 and has been running for about 8,000 miles with a dyno tune. If I had one thing to say to all SC people is get A GOOD TUNE as soon as your done with the install.

The engine rebuild for the SC 4.6 are pricey if you blow it up.

I just order one motor for my buddy and one for my self and the total was about 3500 per short block. Plus gaskets and misc stuff that you should do while the motor's out.

Hope this helps.

I was planning on running 6-9 pounds of boost and trailer it to a shop that specializes in supercharged tuning. so I guess I should be alright.
thanks for your reply

I forgot to ask you how much it costed you to have your charger tuned.
