BBK X-pipe, please give me your opinion.
OK I can't take having a quiet car anymore. I currently use a Bassani Hi-flow cat X-pipe and the Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-back. Its not loud at all. I want to switch to an off-road X-pipe. Even the Bassani off-road is expensive so I was considering the BBK off-road X-pipe. I would like to know if anyone is using one and if the are happy with the sound, fit and finish, and the ease of installation. Thanks a lot.

I like BBK products and would recommend them to people. Stay away from MAC though. If you want loud, go with a h-pipe, it will be a little louder than an x-pipe, more of a deep powerful sound. I love the sound of my offroad h-pipe and flowmaster combo. ~Brian

I have an bassani x-pipe on my 89 with flowmasters. Its loud as hell. I lovethe sound, the only thing is my neighbours hate me, u can here my car from a mile away.It was worth every penny!! Every one that has heard my car has asked me what kinda exaust i'm running. I don't no what the other x-pipes are made out of, but the bassani is made out of stainless. Its worth the extra money in my opinion. AS for installation, i did it in my driveway with axle stands. It was installed in an hour.

I just switched from a bbk off-road h-pipe to a bbk o/r x-pipe. I also have bbk lt's and flowmaster american thunder and it sounds freakin awesome. IMHO the x-pipe is louder. I would definetly without a doubt recommend a bbk o/r x-pipe if you want it to sound good and loud.

I personally love the exaust my old 5.0 had. Hooker long tubes / Dr. gas o/r Xpipe / 2 chamber flows. Now talk about a mean *** setup. Sounded great and was aggressive!
