Problem is now that I did that and fixed the exhaust ... there is a problem .. the check engine light came and and it idles really bad when just at a stop ... thats it rides smoothly when driving but only at stop it sucks ... well then i changed the plugs and the wires and still same thing ... can anyone help me I am kinda new at repairing cars ... Thanks:confused:

Maybe you damaged a O2 sensor, or the wire to it.

Either way check for engine codes. Since the light is on.

Thx!!!

Well my father took it to ford while i was at work and it was 2 sensors ... they said down at ford that they usually malfunction at around 70,000 miles and it is fixed and it runs great!!!
