The best advice I can give you is to do a search. There has been many threads on this with lots of good info. To sum it up, I think it basically boils down to buy whichever you want. Some people love nitto and hate bfg and vice versa. I'd personally get some MT et streets.

I dont own any Drag Radials and I never have driven on them.. but there's a couple things you're going to need to determine for yourself...
Are you going to drive around on them everyday? does it rain where you live? will you drive it in the rain? How often do you wanna buy new ones.. cause some wear faster then others.. and some dont grab as well as others -as |
well i live in pittsburgh, so it does rain, however i dont drive in it much and i dont plan on driving on them everyday, just up and back from the dragstrip, and maybe out on a nice day to tear around.

I've ran BFG drag radials on my OEM 'pony' wheels for about the last 2-3 years. They definitely will wear out quick (like in 5000 miles or so). Depends how you drive, etc. I was caught in the rain one time with them and it was scary - of course it was a complete downpour.
I liked my BFG's so much, that I just bought another set for my new Bogart wheels. 275/50/R15's. It's amazing how sticky these new BFGs are compared to my old ones. :D Hope this helps, E |
