Ok, so where is it? I had thought that it was the metal, circular ball on the backside of the throttle body/intake manifold, with a vacuum line running to it....but my Haynes manual shows it as a film canister-looking thing on the fuel line itself, below the manifold. If the manual is right, then what is that circular ball?

Thanks!

Ohhhhhhhhh.....why didn't I realize this.... Probably cause I've never seen an EGR valve that looks like that... I'm used to the Digital GM EGR with the big old tube going into it.. Thanks man. No wonder so many people I know have the line cut to it. How do you go about disabling EGR? Put a blocker plate in the passage and kill the vacuum line?
