fuel gauge problems

i just took my tank out to replace my fuel sending unit because my gauge wasn't working and after i put the new one in the gauge still doesn't work. i am going to shoot some wires and take the cluster out and see if i have a broken wire. does anybody know anyplace that sells replacement gauges that fit in the cluster other than ford (don't feel like getting hosed out of my money)? any info is greatly appriciated.

well after 2 days of shooting wires and half a bottle of asprin for the headaches lol i think i found out the problem. i think the little printed circuit board that slides into the back of my instrument cluster is bad. if i take the card out and jump across the wires that connect it to the gauge it moves to indicate where the fuel lever sender is. but with that card in it only reads a very low voltage ( which would make the gauge read low or act like it wasn't working) no matter where the position of the fuel sender is. does anybody know what the name of that part is? thanks for the help

well i think i finally fixed my fuel gauge well find out as i use this tank. if it works then the problem was the anti slosh module that slides in the back of the instrument cluster.
