Cars nearly done

1 Attachment(s)
Well after many months of work and a whole lot of sandpaper the car is pretty much ready for paint. For the before pic just look in my profile on here. But weve gone through all the dents fixed everything we could, cut out a quarter and too much other stuff to list. The car also got stripped down to the bare metal. But now its nearly ready for the final paint. Heres a few pics of what happened.
In grey primer

Not bad. I have a question to ask, what type of primer is that?? The reason why I ask is because I am a car painter and if that is laquer primer, you are going to have to strip that down and use a urethane primer. Laquer primer won't stand up to these urethane paints. Unless you are using a laquer paint, which I doubt because hardly anyone sells them anymore. I am not criticizing your work here, but it looks a little wavy. Before you paint it, take a foot long sanding block with 320 grit sandpaper and sand at an angle and you will see if there are any high or low spots. Now if you have the time, and you want it to be straight as an arrow, you can sand it as I mentioned above and reprime it and sand it again, then that sucker should be looking real nice. I would like to see what it looks like after it is painted

Id have to look but its a primer filler and we actually went over it with 600 and then primed it again and went over the whole car again. That last pic was taken a little while ago. Ill try to get a new one soon.
