This probably isn't the answer you want to hear, but it comes down to what you think it's worth. What I might think is worth 5k, someone else might be willing to pay 7k.

Looking at the pic, someone took quite a bit of time painting and powder coating, and it looks to be pretty clean. Without seeing the rest of the car, it's really hard to say. It sounds as if the all the money was put into body, paint, and interior stuff. Is this your car, or someone elses, and whats the asking price?
