What the heck is goin on??
 

I'm having major problems with the site right now. It takes like 20 minutes to load one page, and half the images dont show up. I cant even get to my private messages because the button doesnt load :o

Is it just me??

Don't panic... Here's what must be wrong...

What I had done recently is create a new domain of "images.mustangworks.com" and set it up on a dedicated new server to do nothing but server all the images for the site. I also put all the message board images (icons, etc) on there. This takes the load of the other servers for handling image delivery and should slightly boost site performance.

Any ways, what must be wrong for you at home is that the images.mustangworks.com domain isn't resolving yet for you from DNS to an IP address. I entered it in the DNS server a couple days ago and thought it would have been long enough to take effect, but I guess it must not be fully propagated. It should kick in soon for you and work fine.

Let me know when it does and if it makes a difference.

I'm having the exact same problem too. Started yesterday afternoon and continuing through this morning.:(

I put things back to the way they were... I'll wait till next week to change it. That'll give the DNS more time to take effect for everyone...

I'm at work though.. I wonder if there is a difference between work and home :confused:

It's fine for me to now. I don't know if it was like this at home. Just been on at work. I'll check tonight though.
