leather seats - reupholster or buy used?
 

Hey all,

My interior looks great but I want leather. I got a line on a set of fronts from a 98 that are not too expensive (300 for both) and look good. How the hell would I match the back seat? Can a shop do that? Is it big $? Better to buy the kit and do all the seats?

Thanks for calling me back the other day. Really cool of you. Anyway, I suggest you go with the leather and ship me you old seats. Take the old back ones to one of the many local upholstry experts and they'll hook you up righteously.

you can buy a FULL LEATHER kit from 50resto.com for about 700 bucks.... we had a whole thread on this not to long ago... another option in place of leather is VINYL, wich for all intents and purposes looks like leather... and it's about half the price for a set
