Could I benefit from a TFS-R intake? I am thinking about making the switch from the Track Heat to the R intake. I only have two questions: 1) Does the R intake match the street/track lower? 2) Would I benefit from the switch? See signature below. Thanks for any insight. 1) no the r does not fit the street lower 2) you would probably see a performance loss in the lower rpm range, but it would haul *** above 5k. if i were you, id stick to the track heat ------------------ 1988 Mustang GT, T-5 3.08's, No Smog Pump (Shorty Belt), Dumps At The End Of Stock H-Pipe, K&N Air Filter (Stock Air Box), Removed Air SilencerMy Stang My Site (Not Done Yet) |

I too would stay with the Track Heat for the same reasons stated above. I think Extrude honing your Track heat would probably be a better choice. ------------------ Tom Bukowski 92 GT Vorteched/Trickflowed + Mods o' Plenty [This message has been edited by Buko (edited 06-14-2001).] |
