Headlight Switch Problem

When I turn my head lights on at night, they sometimes happen to go off. Then I have to push on the switch again and again, the whole way home.

Does anyone know how I could rig up a switch for the headlights, a switch for the parking lights, and then a switch for the high beams? Or can you tell me how to solve this problem without three new switches? Thanks.

well the headlamp switch, the one of the dash is different from the high beam switch, one or the other is probabaly bad... I'm guessing it's the headlight switch, since you didnt mention anything about the high beams being an issue.. I'm sure you can find the switch off a junk yard car, it'd be cheap enough to find out if that's the problem rather then jury rigging some awful mess.

I agree. Do it the easy way; replace the headlight switch.
