Need help!! Got the wrong water pump
 

My engine builder needs the pump asap and I ordered the reverse rotation pump. Anyone know which pump I need for a 1969 351W??? I'd like to use a serpentine belt system if possible. And who makes the best pump for a stroker motor??

depends on the accesories and routing i have done both one after reading Jeff Chambers home page stuff . and the first i used the reverse one and kept the routing off of the stock 302. my new set up has two bels one for the alt and one for power steering.

What type of water pump did you get? I really don't think I should reverse the rotation of the flow. My block is the old style, actually it's the first year the 351 Windsor was made. What year is your block? I'm pretty sure they changed the water pums in 1970.
