Simmilarities between mustang and F-150
 

I have a friend with a 90 F-150 and he wants to put dual exhausts on the truck. I haven't had a look at it yet (that would be a good first step......), but does anyone know if mustang exh. parts will work? F-150s are single exh. stock (y-pip), could we just swap that y and the cat-back with a mustang H and dual catback?

No, you cant.

Nope. Totally different mounting and length. Your best bet would be having something custom built for it if you can't find some cheap aftermarket exhaust kits.

Your best bet would be to have it custom made. It's unlikely you'd be able to use anything from a mustang except for maybe the mufflers and the chrome ends of the tailpipes under the rear bumper.
