clutch and flywheel upgrade
 

Can somebody tell me about a good clutch and flywheel upgrade for a 03 GT ??? I hear that this kind of upgrade can reduce power loss through the transmission. Any suggestions will help!:D

The clutch and flywheel aren't going to reduce losses through the drivetrain much, but if you get a lightened flywheel the reduced inertia will allow it to rev up quicker. A better clutch will also shift harder if your tires can handle it.
I am planning on doing the same thing soon on mine as it is approaching 50k miles. I plan on going with the Spec stage II clutch and Spec aluminum flywheel. There is a guy over on corral.net named Art that sells them for a good price.
