Angus Racing Roller Rocker
Anyone ever used Angus Racing Roller Rockers? I found some on ebay, brand new, 1.6 ratio, roller tip and fulcrum, the thing I like about them is that the pushrod seat adjusts instead of the fulcrum. Don't have to buy guide plates or studs. Bolt them down, adjust the pushrod seat, you're good to go. They're like $200 a set. Just wanted to hear what you guys had to say.

Why wouldn't you need to use guideplates? Just curious.
Thanks, E |
They mount on the stock pedestal just like the stock rockers, that's what keeps them lined up over the valve. Most stud mounted roller rockers need guideplates to keep the rocker lined up over the valve.

Hey Michael,
They look like the same thing I think I saw on a Steeda ad. But the pricewas a lot higher. There is only a few companies that make roller rockers. Iused to work in a speed shop in S. FL that was owned by crane and the company that made theirs (which they owned) also manufactured others. By the pic it looks like a good piece. I have the cobra 1.7 on mine and wish I had the adjustablity like that. Bill |
Thanks Bill,
I think I'm gonna go ahead and get a set. Then all I'll need for my buildup is a carb and exhaust. It feels good to know I'm that close to being done with it. Just in time to break it in, and then paint the car over the winter. |
