What speedo gear to use
 

I finally took a day off from work and installed my 373 gears that have been on my bench for the past six months. Anyway I put the 20 tooth orange speedo gear on (have AOD) and the speed is about 10 mph off. Its obvious I'm going to have to go at least go to the purple 21 tooth gear or higher. Anyone have expereince with 373 and AOD speedo gear/

the reason it was off is cause you bought the wrong speedo gear. i have a 92 gt w/ aod and 3:73's, u need the 21 tooth purple like u said. www.50resto.com has tons of them for a great price!

it might be hard to find on the website. #LRS-17271G

Thanks man, I had the gear left over from another project and though I might be able to get by. Thanks what I get for being cheap.
