Diablo Delta---HELP!
 

I want to purchase the Diablo Delta Chip. When I look at the prices, it varies depending on whether or not I want "2 Performance files" or "1 performance and 1 custom". Which one do I get? I plan to have the car tuned on a Dyno when the chip is installed. What do I order and what takes place when I take it to the Dyno? Does the shop call Diablo and give them the Dyno results and Diablo sends them a file via internet? How does the process work? Thank you for your answers. BTW, how much time do you think my ET will drop by? My car is a 2000 GT, Automatic, stock gears. See Signature for times.....thanks....oh....and is it worth it for the chip? Best place to buy it from?

I heard that chips don't really do that much. It will only help your times by VERY little. I was talked out of buying a chip and bought 3.55 gears instead. About the same price. The gears make you quicker off the line.

So raising the revlimiter, adjusting the shift points to firmer shifts and adjusting the air/fuel ratio won't make a differnece to ET's?

The chip on my old '01 (auto GT) did wonder's. However...I would suggest a MAF meter at the least before a burn. The idea is to also cut down on the reburn's so if you think your going to want a gear...hold off until one is installed. As for the program's I'd like two custom.
