Cold air intake for an 88

I want to put a CAI on my 1988 lx 5.0 but everywhere i look they only sell them for 89-93's. Will these intakes fit an 88 or is it totally different because of the mass air flow?

its just that the piping is different cause of the mass air meter. i would recommend you do a mass air coversion. the you can get that cai and there is more room for potential in the future if you go nitrous or blown!

doesn't a mass air conversion cost between $500-$600 to do ?
