SRT-4 vs 97 Cobra
 

Hey what do you guys think of a 2003 srt-4 beating a 1997 cobra. It happend a little while ago in tracy. My friend beat him by about a car length. Should the cobra had kept up with him or beat him? Cobra must have been stock... so was my friends srt4

Pretty much a drivers race since both car are about a 14 flat in good conditions.

I agree, I say the cobra has a light edge stock for stock, but a bad driver can ruin any car. My saleen runs 14.3's on bald assstreet tires no matter how I drive it.

Yeah i have this video of an srt4 racing a 97ish cobra,and they were even untill later in the race when the srt4 jumped ahead alittle but stayed there.I would also say it's a drivers race.

Alright,let's make sure no one get's confused.It's not actually a neon,neon.They still sell the standard neons,but the srt-4 has a slightly bigger engine.2.4L instead of the 2L standard.It's also turbocharged and intercooled.I'm sure they've worked on the suspension,but not sure about that.

Oh ya man for sure. The srt-4 is a completly differnt car. Same as say the Taurus appart from the Taurus SHO. Differnt drivetrain, motors, wheels, etc. Ya the name is dumb cause of its past and ya its a little shitt box car but **** that thing looks way better than a neon and is way faster then most cars out there, and ya 20,000

Yeah, these tires are so badddd. My car seems to hook worse then every other fox stang I've ever driven, I know my tires are hard and bald but Its cutting 2.7 60's or worse, its a joke!

Yeah it is, these tires are ice. I am gonna have to take a in the car video this week to show you guys how bad the traction is!
