Right now I have flow tech 1 5/8 long tube headers. Would I see a gain by going to hooker super comps? Still long and still 1 5/8.

In my experience, you'll feel the difference as well as notice the .1 or .2 in ET. I've never been a fan of Flow-tech, even my MACs made a better improvement than the Flow-techs I ran before. Hooker Super Comps should have a tuned length and not have the pinched tube where it meets the flange (assuming yours are like the Flow-techs I had).
