Is there a way to determine weight transfer?
 

Is there any way to calculate this to see if the car has enough weight in the rear and lighter in the front etc.

I think there are way to many variables to calculate weight transfer. Every car seems to re-act different to various mods. I think the best way is to use videotape and 60ft times to tune your suspension. Getting as much weight off the front half as possible is a good start.
