Twin Turbo 302 Or Blown 351?

What do you guys think?
what ever i get will have a TFS intake & TFS heads. if i go 302, i will use the stock cam, & 13psi via an incon twin turbo kit. hp will check in at a healthy 530rwhp with the 302.

i would go with the 302, but would not go with the stock cam. i would call the manufacturer of the turbo kit and find out what cam they suggest you use, because i have seen a twin turbo 302 with 1032 rwhp. he used a cam form comp cams, and he loves it. good luck with whatever youdecide to do.

incon reccomends the e-303, f-303, or stock cam.

I personally would take the 302 with the twin turbos, you could probably be running 11's with 'em.

I would go with the 302 set up. TDC INC make some alsome kits. In stage 1,2,3 kits. After I graduate Tech school I'm building one bad *** Supra killer, that can handle and stop on a dime and run 9's. Its 331ci with stage3 TDC twin Turbos and a six speed tranny. I like to go for 1000rwhp. Good Luck.

Blown 351! Have you seen how much work and tuning is required on a turbo car? If you have the funds and the know how, nothing is more exotic than a turbo. Why don't you do a 421 cube 351 with a huge 671 blower http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/biggrin.gif.

no, how much work is involved? i had NO tuning done to my stock (tb to oil pan) engine with turbos. it drove great. 400rwhp/466rwtq. ran 11.96@119 at 3600lbs. again, bone stock engine.
this year i did heads/intake/tb/rockers. still drove fine. i got a chip burnt to be safe. just took an hour on the dyno.
how much work is it?

I can't believe incon said you could use the stoc cam, I'd upgrade if I were you. You should have well over 530 rwhp w/ that set up. Needless to say, I'd go w/ the twin turbo 302. Good luck!
