Personalized Plates In Maryland
 

Does anyone know a good way to go about getting personalized plates in Maryland? I looked on the MVA website, and was told to fill out a form and mail it in. (This could take up to 8 weeks!) On top of that, its hit and miss, as to weather or not someone already has the plates you want. In VA the system was web based. You picked the ones you wanted, and if they were available, you had them in two weeks.

Is there a better way???

I couldn't find any way to search either. Guess you make your 3 requests and hope for the best.

MD is bass ackwards in the real world. I'd like to get the heck out of this state.

I used to live in Rockville, Md. They way I got around it was move to Tennessee.

I remember those long azz lines at the DMV. NUTZ! Smog testing, also NUTZ! Cost of living killed me in Montgomery County.
