oil pressure

How much oil pressure are you guys seeing above 4000 rpms and what weight oil are you using?

I see 40+ psi, but thats the worn, stock shortblock with the stock oil pump and 100,000+ miles on it. I would imagine a fresher engine would see better oil pressure. I try to use a good 20\50 racing type Pennzoil.
